REANIMAL Help (How To Find All The Hidden Masks)

There are 18 masks hidden in REANIMAL with an extra two for those that preordered or purchased the digital deluxe edition, which are the Fox Head Mask and Mutton Head Mask. Here is a chapter by chapter breakdown of how to find the other 18 masks within REANIMAL. Spoiler Warning: There are chapter titles and descriptions of how to find each item, so proceed with caution.

Chapter 1 - Dead in The Water (3 Masks)

The first mask of the game can be found once you’re in the mill, at the top of the first ladder you’ll climb after the giant fan puzzle. If you go right, there will be a boy trapped behind a grate and a cutscene, but if you go left around the platform, there will be a door to an exterior platform. Enter the crack in the exterior wall and inside the room you will find an open box with the Bird Head Mask.

Shortly after the rotating pipe puzzle room, you will find a set of lockers. One will have a skin suit fall out and the other will just open with steam coming out of it. Crouch and go into the steam locker. In this secret bathroom will be the Worm Head Mask.

Once you exit the sewers and come up the ground level, you will go through a trolley track tunnel. On the left side of the screen is a locked door that you don’t have a key for yet and on the right side of the screen is two doors. Take the furthermost right door. Follow the platform to the next door and inside will be an open box with the Conch Head Mask.

Chapter 2 - The Cleaning House (2 Masks)

Soon after entering the town, you will find yourself in a clothing store. Behind the counter is a crack in the wall. Crouch and enter the crack in the wall and in this room you will find the Pig Head Mask.

Near the end of the chapter after you exit the cinema once you have completed everything you need to inside. On the other side of the street just behind the bus station, you will see a traffic cone scurry away. Follow the direction it went and then remove the wooden planks from the door. Inside is the traffic cone that you will need to hit a few times and then you will be able to get the Cone Head Mask.

Chapter 3 - After The Flood (1 Mask)

This mask doesn’t come til later in the chapter after you climb up the very tall cliff face and find yourself in the flower field. Go to the far left of the flower field and you will see a scarecrow. Hit the scarecrow, then kill the critter that jumps off and then collect the Deer Head Mask

Chapter 4 - No Shelter (3 Masks)

When you finally enter the orphanage, on the opposite side of the room will be a bookshelf that you can crouch through and find a secret room. When you enter that room a critter will scurry into the room that you just came from. Go back to the room and hit the critter a few times with your bar and you will then be able to pick up the Bucket Head Mask.

When you come to the room with the spider king atop the throne with other spider kids, you will need to kill most of the spider kids. When the spider king kid starts to come down and tries to escape follow him to the left of the throne quickly before he escapes. One hit should knock him down and knock the crown of his head. You can finish killing the other spider kids and then pickup the Crown Head Mask.

After an arena battle with spider kids, shimmy between a few beds and then through a door. When you come to the corridor with a gap in the floor, walk towards the camera and then shimmy through a crack in the wall. Here you will find the Plant Head Mask, which you can pull up.

Chapter 5 - Down in a Hole (NO Masks)

Chapter 6 - Nodody Left Behind (4 Masks)

When you arrive into the cliff side bunker with the puzzle and the binoculars, take the door on the right, which will lead to a balcony. Push the crate with the fish head on it off the balcony. After you solve the puzzle with the binoculars, head down the ladder to the beach and go to the far left of the beach. Once you get there, you will see the crate you pushed off the balcony smashed open. Kill the critter and collect the Fish Head Mask.

After you shoot the horse in the water with the canon, continue on boat through the alley that the horse was blocking. When you reach the opening, take a hard right when you can and then you will reach naval mines. Harpoon them and drive the boat to the beach. Here you will find the Package Head Mask sitting in an open box.

After you place the eye into the whale, a cutscene will begin. When the cutscene ends, both The Boy and The Girl will have removed their diving suit. Pick up the first Diving Head Mask 1 and then be sure to pickup the second Diving Head Mask 2 there as well.

Chapter 7 - The Spoils (4 Masks)

There are three masks very early in this chapter. The first is as soon as you leave the starting area right before the ramp down into the trenches. There is a metal door that you will need help lifting. Once lifted, crouch under and find the Bush Head Mask.

Once you begin walking through the trenches, you will see a two soldiers standing and then kill themselves. Pass these two soldiers and then there will be a third who uses a long barrel weapon to kill himself while he is sitting down. There is a hole in the wall on the opposite side of the third solider who killed himself. The room is full of heavy artillery and you will find the Mine Head Mask.

A little further up the trench there will be a fourth solider who blows a whistle when he spots the kids. Back up as he will explode himself with a grenade. Go past him and continue down the trench. When you come to an opening, there will be a solider above the trench. On the left wall is a crack, go through and find the Rabbit Head Mask.

When you are in the hospital, you will need to pry open elevator doors when it reaches the top. Go to the end of the corridor and through the hole. Turn right into the surgery room. On the right side of this room, there is a desk. Crouch and go under in the secret room next to it. Here you will find the Amphibian Head Mask, which is the last mask of the chapter.

Chapter 8 - The Watcher (1 Mask)

Right after you collect the key from the shooting range, you will enter the next room with an oven tipped over on the floor. Pry open the oven door and a critter will scurry back into the shooting range. Grab a weapon and shoot the critter and then you will be able to pickup the Gas Head Mask.

Chapter 9 - All Consuming Past (NO Masks)
